I am a fully trained and experienced Birth Doula passionate about helping you have a positive birth experience where you feel in calm, confident, heard and empowered. I am here to inform and support you on your journey and offer guidance so that you can make the best decisions for you as a family.
I offer a free introductory call or meeting so I can learn more about what you are looking for and to make sure we are the right fit for each other – this is super important so that you and your birth partner feel relaxed in my presence and happy to put your trust in me during such an important and special time in your lives.

My Doula support covers the following:
- An introductory session to get to know one another and discuss your thoughts, feelings and any fears
- An antenatal session to cover the physiology of birth, your options in labour and hands on birth preparation for both you and your birth partner
- A third session to talk about your birth vision and how you would like me to support you and your birth partner in the lead up to, and during the birth
- Being on call from 38 weeks and until baby is born
- Being there for you from whenever you need me when you go in to labour until baby is born and you feel comfortable post-birth
- On-going support for the duration of your pregnancy if you have any questions, concerns or fears
- A post-natal visit to see how you are settling into motherhood, debrief your birth and offer any basic feeding support
